I would not like to live in a world where social classes exist. I would like to live in a world where the economy is fairly distributed, where machismo, racism and homophobia don’t exist, where you are not afraid to express your opinion.

Task #15 About the film Gattaca

I am Vincent. I am training to be a spacecraft pilot at Gattaca. I will be the first person to land on Titan. I shouldn't be here because I am not a genetically enhanced person but here I am. This is my story: I was diagnosed with a high risk of heart attack and my parents put me limitations. My brother was chosen genetically, and yet I am better than him. In this society, people who are born naturally, get the lowest jobs. There are exclusive Jobs for those that are genetically modified. I got to access to a exclusive job and be the first to travel to Titan thanks to my identity supplement. I will be able to change society again so that it is'nt divided between the modified and the unmodified persons.

Task #14 ICE

I believe that in life there are thousands of bacterias that can kill humans, even the most insignificant bacteria. And maybe it's not some kind of bacteria, but climate change could kill us too.
In life we don't stop being in constant danger of extinction, but we are not aware of it. Nowadays, if it were not for the medicines, more than half of the world would have died. We just have to be more cautious and take care of ourselves and those around us.

Task #13 A community favour

One of the community I enjoy more being part of is Wattpad. It's a community where people share their writings and others can read, vote and comment on them. Personally I share my writings and people read it, and when they do it makes me feel fulfilled. I love seeing that others like what I write. In the app you can follow people and talk to them. Anyway, I love interacting with people from that platform and be part of their great community.

Task #12 It makes me happy

The activity that makes me the most happy is to write. I do it every day that I can, but I would say always. I usually do it at night, when I concentrate more after a long day. I really love doing it, not only because I like it, also because I release all the accumulated tension. I think it's a good way to get rid of stress, expressing your feelings in writing. That's why I try to write every day. It makes me feel happy, not only because I write what I like, also because I share my writings with other people, and there's nothing more satisfying that seeing that people like what you write. And it makes me feel so great because writing is my passion, so being able to do what you like and the people like what you do is the most beautiful thing in the world.

Task #10 Slumdog Millionaire

1. Tell the story from the point of view of Jamal.
I needed money to find the girl I've been in love with since I was little. For that, I participated in the contest "who wants to be a millionaire?" that everyone was talking about.
Everyone believed that I was cheating, but they didn't know that I knew the answers because I lived them. Thanks to that, I managed to win the contest and be able to be with the girl I loved, even if it means losing my brother, Salim.

2. What sort of society is shown in the film?
A society divided into castes.

3. How does luck affect Jamal's run in the contest?
He gets to answers all the questions of the contest.

4. What episode of Jamal's life was more memorable to you? Why?
When his brother Salim dies, because in the film he showing us a hard facet of him, but in the end he manages to save Latika.

5. If we compare our lives to that of Jamal we are surely much better off. However, what do you think you can learn from Jamal's life story?
The film teaches us that in spite of the extreme conditions that people can live, we cant get ahead by being fair and kind.

Task #9 NEXT: My story

John Cadillac
My name is John Cadillac and I intend to tell the story as I see it. I knew there was something special about me. That something consisted in being able to see what was going to happen before that happened. And that had made me have a problem. The anti-terrorist agents wanted to benefit from my talent to prevent terrorist from releasing a nuclear bomb. Regardless of all this, there was a girl who made me see beyond a few minutes in the future. The problem was that if I gave myself to the agents, the terrorists would kidnap Elizabeth and kill her by putting explosives on her body. My plan would be to rescue her from those people and save her life, but there was another problem. In the time that I would save her, the terrorists would blow up the nuclear bomb and everything would be destroyed. However, despite all that, I agreed to give myself to them.
